I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were better than expected, comfortable, and had an awesome bathroom, but they felt a bit outdated. The staff was very friendly and respectful, especially the cleaning crew, but I found some of them lacking competence. The location was great, central to key places, with friendly staff and good security, but the service was a bit inconsistent. The dining options were excellent with a variety to choose from, making it a positive highlight. However, the price didn't necessarily match the overall experience.
The hotel offers the best services I've ever received in Abuja with standard facilities. It's a nice place to stay, and you will never regret it. Rooms are nice, although toilet amenities could be better.
